Talking Scanner

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Talking Scanner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
In-App Purchase
Pro Unlock — $4.99 USD (one-time)
- Provides unlimited document-to-audio conversions
- One-time payment — no subscription, no recurring charges
- Family Sharing enabled — share with up to 5 family members at no additional cost
- Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store
Refunds
All purchases are made through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any of its components
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ctrl AI, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Accuracy of OCR text recognition (which depends on image quality)
- Suitability of generated audio for any particular purpose
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
