Your Data

Ctrl apps run locally on your machine. Your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to your app data. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.

AI Services

When you use AI features, your prompts are sent to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) based on your model selection. These interactions are subject to the respective provider's terms and privacy policies. We do not store your prompts or AI responses on our servers.

Credits and Payments

If you purchase credits for AI usage, all sales are final. Credits do not expire. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect previously purchased credits.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated code and content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.

Limitation of Liability

Ctrl AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
